A bedrock of Pale, Aromatic and Wheat malts act as a foundation for a showcase of some of the best and most exciting British hops we could lay our hands on, Using a novel hopping techniques to pull some especially fruity characters, along side its characteristic quintessentially British bitterness, from the godfather of all UK hops, East Kent Goldings, along side that we have layered in some citrus, spice, lavender, stone fruit and pine with the additions of UK Chinook, Calypso and a Luplin enriched form of Olicana.
