Sure we’re a brewery that pays homage to the brewers of yesteryear with our beers, but now and again you’ve just got to let your hair loose, do what you do best, and embrace your status as a modern juice slinging brewery. We’re at our most fruit-forward here on Arty Escape; a supercharged, fully present day IPA hopped with some of the most potent hop varieties we work with, and brewed to that magical ABV of 6.1% that just makes our IPAs absolutely pop. Where do we start with the hop bill? Equal measures of hot side Mosaic and Strata lay the foundations of this beer with a mellow but pronounced bitterness that prevents this beer falling into cloyingly sweet territory, and a souped-up, maxed out dry hop charge of Simcoe and even more Strata and Mosaic bring the fruit forward flavours in abundance - think ripe stonefruits, sweet clementines, blueberries, and passionfruit backed up with that unmistakable dank marijuana finish.
