Laia (Basqueland Collab)

Description

Zapiain x Basqueland Laia Farmhouse Ale is a mixed-fermentation farmhouse ale made in collaboration with Basqueland Brewing.

Inoculated with Saison and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis yeasts at the same time, the beer underwent a first fermentation in a tank, followed by a second one in the bottle that created a unique and complex combination of aromas and flavours over several months. Spicy, fruity, and rustic notes, a pleasantly sour taste, and natural carbonation.
