Next up on the Hop City collab tour is this crisp, zingy dry-hopped Italian style pilsner brewed with New Hampshire's Schilling Brewing - one of the finest lager brewers in the US. We dipped into the Indie Hops portfolio once again here, deciding on a pairing of Lorien (notes of lemon and lime zest, wildflower and honeydew) and Audacia (notes of berry, lilac and lavender). The base beer is bone dry, with a crisp bitterness like any good pilsner should have.
