Built on a classic saison base, the yeast expresses itself with bubblegum, pepper and the fruity esters and phenols that are expected in this belgian style. We have paired this with a modern New Zealand hop, Motueka, that adds bright and zesty lime flavours. This pairing creates a dry, refreshing summer beer.
