Description
A blend of our mixed fermentation Saison racked onto freshly pressed Pinot Gris grape skins from our friends at Flint Vineyard. Flavours of pear, honey & spice from the grapes shine through on a lightly tart base supported by notes of vanilla from the wine barrels used in the fermentation.
