Description
A Wilful style hazy pale. We’ve left out the oats/wheat & copious amounts of Calcium Chloride in order to create a drier, less sweet beer. This pursuit of dryness and repeatability is also helped by us using Pomona yeast for the first time, as this yeast attenuates more than most haze positive yeasts Bitterness levels are kept moderate to high using Idaho 7, Riwaka and Citra hops on the hot side. Dry hopping comes in the form of Citra & Nelson Sauvin in T90 pellet format.
Expect Stone Fruit flavours in abundance.
