6.5% Strong Dark Mild (On the Union)

Garrett Oliver, Brooklyn Brewery’s Brewmaster, was instrumental in helping us rescue the iconic Burton Union set last year. Given our long history of collaboration, it was right and proper to invite Garrett back to brew a special beer, fermented on the Union.

This strong, dark mild ale has been brewed with Maris Otter and the finest quality Crystal and Chocolate malts, as well as West African Fonio, an ancient grain that adds a touch of creaminess and a characteristic fruitiness.

Special dark brewing sugars bring layers of caramel richness to this wonderfully decadent beer.
