This is a super hop forward Session IPA in cask packed with hops for people who love IPA’s. It’s not a juice or a smoothie! Judge it on how it tastes not how it looks. We’ve spent a lot of time developing our understanding of the complex interactions between active yeast, hops & protein that define great examples of the softer, juicy IPA style. But at a time when many seem to think of super hazy beer as an objective (rather than a by product) and the New England IPA style seems like the only game in town, we wanted to revisit some more classic American IPA techniques, ingredients, fermentation profiles & flavours.
