Description
Wildside Beers is the experimental arm of the brewery. We use this brand to release one-off, limited edition beers that are different to our usual Brightside style: This could mean new yeasts, barrel aging, more hop focus, the addition of fruit oils and so on - wherever our imagination takes us!
Pie like yo mamma makes!
Taking inspiration from the iconic dessert, we decided we’d like to make a lager infused with the delicious fresh aromatics of lime oil, with some of the depth of a bisuity base (provided here by the dextrin and oat malts).
Drink it in the can straight from the fridge for a zingy refreshing pick-me-up at the end of the week!
