Description
NE Pale Ale. As we continue with our exploration of different yeast, the first pale in a trio of beers using Fruitbowl is Shoreline. We start with a grist of extra pale, oats and chit for a light, soft malt profile with plenty of body. We then took our regular IPA hopping levels and added them to this lower abv pale. Whirlpooled with Azacca then dry hopped with Citra, Azacca, Cashmere & HBC630 provides bright overripe tropical aromatics.
