California IPA. In Silver Peak, we bring you a California IPA in our best possible way. A simple malt bill of extra pale and a bit of dextrin gives a light malt backbone for some classic Centennial hops to shine through. Light in bitterness with a full spectrum of fruit salad flavours makes this IPA moreish and delicious.
