Description
Just like an organism, beer can be very simple or very complex. O1 is the start of an evolving IPA. We have stripped this beer down to basics to show off the beauty in its simplicity. Tropical and passionfruit characteristics from Strata are being showcased against a soft and simple malt bill of extra pale ale and oats, while the peachy esters of LAIII blend in the background to balance this unique IPA.
