This collaboration with our friends at Sunken Knave brewery in Sussex was brewed to launch at the Independent Salford Beer Festival on the 8th November.
A rich ruby colour and brewed to traditional methods, this beer is based on a 1950s recipe from a well known Burton brewery (who had a destinctive trademark- to give you a clue!).
We are delighted with how this beer has turned out and can't wait to delve into more historic recipes.
