Description
Inspired by Peckhams own Sake A full bodied and flavoursome Rice Lager brewed with extra pale malted barley & torrified rice flakes. Whirlpool & dry hopped with sorachi & kaz beck hops. The 100kg Kasu additions during the boil adding complexity and depth. Sake Kasu is a by product of the sake brewing process and part of Japanese 'no waste' culture is used for myriad of other uses including cosmetics, skincare and as a healthy food marinade.
