Description
This mixed fermentation Saison was aged in one of our Fermentaria Foeder for 11 months, then refermented with gooseberries and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin. The result is a lightly tart, dry beer with aromas of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
