Description
Aged for 18 months in Chardonnay barrels with a fruit-forward strain of Brett, before being refermented with 200g/L of honeyberries (also known as blue honeysuckle). Bright pink in colour with fruit flavours of blueberries and raspberries, a lemony acidity and some funk.
