Fuerst Wiacek Collaboration. Cascadian Dark Ale brewed in collaboration with Fuerst Wiacek for the Osees.
Originally an idea conceived when Carnival Ade met Lukasz from Fuerst Wiacek at the Indy Man Beer Convention at Victoria Baths. We got together to brew a Cascadian Dark Ale.
We cranked up the 1210s, laid down the Osees back catalogue and brewed a West Coast IPA, adding just enough chocolate malt and Sinamar to turn the IPA black.
A huge dry-hop with Chinook, Simcoe and Cascade makes this a resinous, piney and delicious Cascadian Dark.
