Description
This is our first lager bier of 2021.... with a Carnival twist, naturlich!
We brewed a black lager with a touch of smoked malt for an added dimension of flavour. Once lagered for 5 weeks, we added plenty of sour and sweet cherry puree, then conditioned to ferment out the remaining sugars and fine tune the flavour.
