Description
16 Month Bourbon Barrel Blend Imperial Brown Ale with Maple Syrup. The first time we brewed our imperial maple brown ale, Maple Swoon, we used some of the batch to fill two Bourbon barrels. Fast forward 16 months and the beer has been extracted from the two barrels, blended, and is packaged for delivery. The barrels have imparted some very, very pleasant Bourbon flavours and aromas that sing in harmony with the original beer.
