Description
Collaboration brew with Hafla Hafla on Lark Lane, to complement their epic Middle Eastern-inspired menu. Brewed with a mix of lager malt and wheat malt and fermented with Sour Hour yeast to drop the pH level and bring the beer up to 5.0%. Pomegranate juice was added towards the end of fermentation to give the beer a rounded, fruity and tart flavour. Grab a can, it's time to Party Party!
