Description

Here is this year's version of Carmen Carmen – an Imperial India Pale Ale version of our beloved Mosaic Pale.

We use exactly the same malts, wheat and oats from Paul’s Malt but in more quantity. We used a new strain of crazy Kveik yeast, Mosaic Lupomx hops and dry hopped the hell out of it.

What you will have in your glass is a delightfully hazy DIPA resulting from loads of development work, tonnes of passion and something we’d love to share with you with huge tropical fruit flavours of ripe pineapple, mango, papaya and plenty of delicious hoppy aromas with a long lasting finish.
