Dreaming Of Twinships

Description

Dreaming of Twinships started life way back when as an experiment, where we would use yeast from our lager to produce another style of beer. We were so blown away by the results, we wanted to make it a twice yearly release. 

It's a 5.2% hazy pale, dry hopped with Citra and Wakatu and fermented with with our lager yeast after it finished doing it's thing with our Czech pilsner, On the Trail. 

The resulting beer is a delicious hazy pale, with silky body from the oats and wheat and a punch of tropical fruits, guava and pine from the Citra and Wakatu hop additions.
