Ribbons of Distinction - Centennial Galaxy is our latest rotational session pale ale. Always hazy, very juicy and delightfully simple..
We use a wheat heavy grist and Maris Otter for a good bready malt backbone, then ferment with a lovely English ale yeast.
This latest version utilises two magnificent new world hops that compliment one another. Centennial brings consistent citrus flavours with notes of tangerine and grapefruit with pine aromas, whilst Galaxy offers clear passion fruit and peach flavours whilst mirroring the citrus notes.
