Description
Belgian Pale. A fresh modern Saison with a lemon, orange and tropical fruit aroma and a subtle peppery note. Massively thrist quenching with a dry finish which will leave you wanting more. Double Gold Medal winner at the SIBA National Beer awards 2023 & 2025
The dominant flavours of this beer are derived from yeast selection. Belgian Saison yeasts display fruity esters reminiscent of orange and lemon and also give the beer a slightly peppery flavour and aroma. These flavours are complimented by New Zealand Motueka hops providing flavours of tropical fruit and citrus.
