Description
Hazy West Coast IPA with a resinous tropical fruit aroma, and a lingering bitter finish.
This is low-intervention, natural beer. It is unfiltered, unpasteurised, live keg conditioned beer. It is brewed without any chemical adjuncts or process aids.
Pale, Caragold and Munich malts are blended to create an EBC 11 colour. Its haze is from the proteins and hop residues that our low intervention brewing keeps in the beer
This batch is flavoured with Mosaic, Simcoe and Cascade at flame out and dry hopped both during and after fermentation. The hops combine exceptionally to create our signature IPA.
