To help celebrate Pellicle Magazine's fifth birthday, we've teamed up with our friends at Elusive Brewing and asked: 'what would happen if we combined our flagship West Coast DIPA Crystallography and Elusive's Double Sunset Oregon Trail?'" The answer is a raucous, rambunctious Red IPA, packed with classic North American hop varieties for a bitter, citrus hit, and balanced with oodles of biscuity, sweet barley malt.
