Description
For the next instalment of our Proper DIPA series, we changed things up a little. This time using an equally as old yeast strain from Stockport natives Robinsons. Plied with a heavy dosing of Citra we believe this is the perfect combo to let the hops sing and highlight another one of Manchester's great brewing traditions.
