With a name like this, we had to create a powerful beer, so a 6.0% IPA seemed to be the answer! A gentle red hue suffices this IPA, which is fermented with an ESB yeast for depth of flavour, with bitterness from Columbus hops and the huge fruity aroma from Simcoe and Galaxy hops.Enjoy!
