Summer Fruits Smoothie Sour - For our third smoothie sour we've gone all seasonal!

We brewed up a thick oat heavy base, complemented with plenty of lactose for extra body and sweetness, then fermented with WHC Sour Hour yeast until the pH was just right. After a second fermentation we then blended the base beer with huge amounts of Blackberry, Blueberry, Redcurrant, Strawberry and Raspberry puree.

Part beer, part fruit smoothie and most importantly...DELICIOUS
