Cross Borders Brewing Company has teamed up with Wise (formerly TransferWise) to create Bire Sans Frontires - to highlight the average remittance fees when sending money abroad, from the three countries in Europe that send the largest amounts to support friends and family. The three nation-themed beers have alcohol percentages that mirror the average cost of sending money from that country worldwide.
What the FX! is a malt forward scotch ale style beer produced to highlight the average remittance fee charged by banks when sending beers abroad from the UK with an ABV of 6.8%
A case of 24 cans of this beer will see a contribution paid to Choose Love who are a charity set up to do whatever it takes to identify, close and prevent gaps in services and protections for refugees and displaced people.
