Description
A wheat heavy base was dosed with a touch of rye malt to bring a subtle spicy finish. Nelson was then added in the whirlpool creating a balanced, pale, smooth base beer.
Cold side it's the killer combo of Citra/Simcoe dropping tropical fruit with a subtle pine and grapefruit edge.
We also fermented this one with a new yeast strain which added more fruity aroma's of passionfruit and mango
