Description
Eagle Mullet is a very special release in collaboration with Definitive’s old friends and their new venture at Return Brewing. Clocking in at a sneaky 8.0% ABV, this double IPA was brewed with Citra Incognito, Citra Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo and Citra Spectrum. This beer bridges some classic dry-hopping techniques along with some new ones they’ve been developing. As a result, this brew is well balanced, summoning tasting notes of lime sorbet, mango Hi-Chews, and dank undertones!
