Description
So we decided it was high time we made an IMPY STOUT, so got us thinking and we got together with local HOT SAUCE company; Pip's Hot Sauce. She provided us with 1kg of scotch bonnett chillis. We blanched these and steeped them in the finished stout. Ohh and also we mashed in with cocao to compliment the spic, the result is a lucious heavy hitting IMPY stout with a lovelly burst of flames.
