Our buddies in Middlesborough came down for the return leg of our collaboration, and this soft, juicy DIPA is something that I can only personally describe as nostalgically brilliant. Drinking this has reminded me of what got me so excited about the big, bold flavour possibilities of New England IPAs all those years ago before Dig Brew had even started.

Chinook and Mosaic (a combination we are incredibly familiar with from our session pale Potion) is combined with the amazing Hop Revolution Blend - a stunning blend of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Pacific Sunrise and Riwaka direct from the Hop Revolution farm in New Zealand.
