As classic as classic gets glowing a deep ruby red with a brilliant white head, bittered with a novel English hop for a punctual bitterness, a late boil addition of Centennial give notes of cedar and pine, tempering the smooth caramel sweetness of the malt, a new whirlpool technique utilising Simcoe doubles down on the pine and offers a notes of soft citrus to compliment the touch of Rye in the grist, and finally a large dry hop of Vic Secret brings a touch of Pineapple and Pine.
