Hailing from a style introduced in the late 18th century, Why The Big Paws? is a Barley Wine. But not just any Barley Wine, Dogs Window have tweaked it to suit their style. Mixing the classic East Kent Golding and the more recent First Gold hops. This brings a caramelized marmalade and orange blossom flavour. Paired with a touch of Vienna Malt and finished off by conditioning with oak, turns this classic into something very special.
