Internet of Things brings rounded bitterness from our continuous boil hop additions a focus on C-hops for the classic West Coast aroma and flavours. Our bittering hops were Columbus, Centennial, Chinook, Citra, Cascade, followed up with a dry hop with Columbus and Chinook for that dank, piney and resinous notes we love from WC IPA.
