Description
Pale and Vienna malts give this IPA a light, biscuit base which allows the real stars of the show to shine - the west coast hops. We use 10 grams of Citra, Mosaic and Cascade hops in every litre of beer. Expect the usual hit of peach and pithy citrus with a decent dry, bitter finish.
