Description
Lager brewed in the heart of Edinburgh using 100% barley malt, and then matured for 5-6 weeks, this 5.2% Munich helles style is our signature beer. It has a perfect bitter-sweet balance and bright, sparkling appearance. Unpasteurised for a natural, fuller flavour. Paolozzi lager has won UKs Best Munchner/Helles Lager three years running in the World Beer Awards (2016, 2017, 2018).
