Description
We teamed up with Brewser to brew a beer so good, you’ll be left wondering if there was some intergalactic interference.
This one is all about sessionability without skimping on the full-bodied flavour. We ramped up the mash temp to maintain a big, satisfying mouthfeel and went all-in on the dry hop with 50% HBC630—a YCH experimental hop that packs a lush, fruity character. We've only brewed with HBC630 once before, and it gave us killer results, so this was the perfect excuse to dive back in and showcase it again.
Unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised natural beer. Suitable for vegans.
