Description
We collaborated with the legendary Adnams to create this complex and aromatic Rye Pale Ale. Rye grown on Jonathan Adnams’ farm, a few miles from their Southwold home, was used to add delicate spicy notes atop the Maris Otter base. The spicy notes from the Rye really complement the UK Chinook hops used alongside Target in the boil. A dry hop of Jester and Olicana adds top notes of tropical fruits, grapefruit and blackcurrant.
