Description
We teamed up with brewing legend Jamil Zainasheff to brew this tribute to Mike 'Tasty' McDole's Janet's Brown recipe. To take things ina fun direction we mash hopped with Cascade to promote the presence of thiol precursors and used WHC Labs Hop Unlock yeast to unleash aroma compounds into the beer for a big hop hit. A donation will be made to a cancer charity in Tasty's name.
