Description
In this bright and bitter Pale Ale we used Talus hops hot side to impart notes of pink grapefruit before dry hopping with liquid and pellet Mosaic hops for notes of blueberry and stone fruits. Expect an aroma of grapefruit and stone fruits with more grapefuit over the palate punctuated by a clean bitterness.
