Description
Our friends from Exeter's Topsham Brewery joined us to brew this modern, Hazy Pale Ale which is chock full of juicy fruit notes. We started with a malt bill that combined our house pale variety Low Colour Maris Otter then added flaked oats and wheat malt to create a full bodied base. We then used a hop dip of Mosaic Dynaboost as the yeast was pitched before the dry hops of Nelson Sauvin and NZ Cascade were added to finish.
