Collaboration with Odyssey Brew Co. An interpretation of a Barclay Perkins Imperial Brown Stout recipe from 1856, this beer is all about recreating an historic recipe with modern ingredients. The chocolate character has been enhanced by ageing the beer on cacao nibs post-fermentation
