COLLABORATOR: The Town Mouse - Newcastle Upon Tyne
In celebration of the Town Mouses third birthday we got our heads together and brewed something a bit special. Utilising a new favourite yeast strain of ours, Voss Kveik draws out clean notes from this hazy IPA full of citrus and pine notes aplenty from its liberal hopping with Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin.
