Starting off life as an interpretation on an English Special Bitter, Red ale is a style that is popular to its native Ireland. Our twist on this traditional style introduces Crystal Rye in the malt bill. This beer pours a vibrant red, with a long lasting off white head. Sweet malt on the nose, with a fantastic earthy spice that follows through to a subtle bitter bite.
