This Grisette is our take on a classic Farmhouse Ale meant to be enjoyed after a hard days labour on the land. A balanced & nuanced beer with a delicate malt bill, subtle esters and spice from our unique yeast strain and grains of paradise. With the added twist of some New Zealand hops the beer is designed to make your soul sing after a day of hard graft.
