Description
Ping is a bright, crisp, moderately bitter Pilsner. We have used some newer varieties of German hops (Ariana and Mandarina Bavaria) to give some subtle hints of tangerine, thyme and a slight earthiness, all with out overpowering the bready/grainy character expected in this style of beer. It also happens to be gluten free.
